Lets talk hat options

Generally, everyone starts with hat options and moves forward with decoration from there but there is no right or wrong. If you have a certain decoration style in mind and it won't work with a certain hat, we will advise and go from there. We do have a MOQ (minimum order quantity) of 12, some patch styles have a larger MOQ.

Our most popular and well known brand. If you're looking for the go-to snap back trucker style hat, the Richardson 112 is the one all others are modeled off of.

Patch Types

Single Layer Leatherette
Our most common type of decoration. It is applied using a heat press with precise pressure because we use an industrial adhesive that is heat and pressure sensitive. We have done a lot of research and testing with it and have not had any issues yet with it separating.

Double Layer Leatherette
Our second most ordered patch style and our favorite to recommend. The 2 layers of leatherette stacked one another give depth and add a bit of contrast that really adds a premium feel to the finished product.

Acrylic
One of the most premium options. Comes standard double layer and is applied with both a heat press adhesive and rivets if applicable to your design.

Full Color Print
Your logo, full color, directly applied to the hat. This is our most cost effective option. You must have a high resolution logo file for this application. Best applied on hats without the center seam or offset to one side. The print over a seam is not ideal but we have had success with it.

Flat Embroidery Patch
This is a flat embroidered patch and can be applied to most hats.
These have a minimum order of 25 and will need to be custom quoted.
3D Embroidery Patch
This is a 3D puff embroidered patch and can be applied to most hats.
These have a minimum order of 25 and will need to be custom quoted.
Print & Stitch Patch
This patch can combine both elements of print and embroidery. Some details can be embroidered, some printed, or all printed with an embroidered border.
These have a minimum order of 25 and will need to be custom quoted.
PVC Rubber Patch
This is a premium patch made of rubber and can have up to 4 colors and can be applied to most hats.
These have a minimum order of 25 and will need to be custom quoted.
